Longreach to Lake Dunn

Once again we have ended up at a place we have never been, Lake Dunn. We were told it was not as nice as Lara, but it has turned out MUCH better, we are camped on the shore of a proper lake & have decided to stay an extra night. We cycled 8 Klm around the shore line of the lake & saw many water birds.

Tomorrow we will continue on to Jericho, with around 130 Klm of gravel, as everthing is so dusty already, it will make no difference. Rocko is now quite a seasoned traveler & can hardly wait to head off in the car in the mornings.

We were sad to say goodbye to Gail & Graham at Barcaldine, as they had to head South & slowly home. The troupe now consists of only 2 caravans & 1 dog. Rocko will miss playing with Quilpie, but he will see him again in a few weeks.

Many pictographs today.
